Assistant QC / Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and technically oriented Assistant QC / Supervisor who can handle both quality control activities and day-to-day production floor supervision.

This is a hands-on role where you will work partly in the laboratory, conducting product testing and maintaining quality records, and partly on the factory floor, supporting production activities and managing operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Laboratory

• Conduct physical, chemical, or mechanical testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure products meet required internal and industry quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of test results, quality reports, and related documentation.
• Follow applicable quality, safety, ISO, ISI, and regulatory standards.
• Assist the engineering/R&D team with testing new formulations and product prototypes.
• Operate and handle laboratory testing equipment properly.

Production & Floor Supervision

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure production shifts begin on time and assigned production targets are followed.
• Guide and coordinate factory workers during daily operations.
• Assist with shift scheduling and workforce coordination.
• Help resolve day-to-day operational or interpersonal issues on the production floor.
• Coordinate between quality and production teams whenever required.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic to good knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Good observation and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/factory environmen
