We are hiring Zepto Delivery Partners / Delivery Riders across all major cities in Gujarat including Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, and Rajkot.

Zepto is India\'s leading quick-commerce platform that promises to deliver groceries and essentials within 10 minutes of an order being placed.

Zepto operates through a network of strategically located micro-warehouses known as \"Dark Stores\" — highly optimized fulfillment centers where inventory is managed with precision.

🔄 How Zepto Delivery Works

As a delivery rider, your job is hyper-localized. You do not wander around the city waiting for scattered orders. Instead, you position yourself near your assigned dark store.

The warehouse staff picks and packs the groceries within 2 to 3 minutes. You pick up the sealed insulated bag. The rider app gives you a direct, GPS-guided route to the customer\'s house, usually within a tight 2 to 3-kilometer radius.
This means shorter trips, more deliveries per hour, and higher earnings compared to traditional food delivery platforms.

📋 Key Responsibilities
Pick up orders from your assigned Zepto Dark Store (micro-warehouse) after the warehouse team packs them.
Deliver groceries, daily essentials, and consumer products to customers\' doorsteps within the shortest possible time.
Follow the GPS-guided route on the Zepto Rider App for accurate and fast navigation to delivery locations.
Maintain the insulated delivery bag to ensure product quality and freshness during transit (especially for dairy, fruits, and frozen items).
Verify order details before leaving the dark store – check item count, packaging, and customer instructions.
Complete customer handoff – Deliver the order to the correct address, confirm delivery on the app, and handle contactless deliveries when requested.
Return to the assigned dark store after each delivery to pick up the next order quickly.
Meet daily and weekly delivery targets to unlock performance-based incentives and bonuses.
Maintain your vehicle – Ensure your two-wheeler or bicycle is in good working condition, fueled, and roadworthy at all times.
Follow traffic rules and safety protocols – Wear a helmet, follow speed limits, and ensure safe riding practices.
Report issues – Use the Rider App to report order problems, customer complaints, route issues, or vehicle breakdowns to the support team.
Maintain a professional appearance – Wear the Zepto T-shirt/uniform provided and carry the branded delivery bag during all deliveries.
Accept batched orders (double deliveries) when available to maximize earnings and efficiency.
Work during peak hours and surge periods (lunch, dinner, rain, weekends, festivals) to earn additional surge pay and incentives.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID card (Aadhaar and PAN card).

Applicants between the ages of 18 and 55 can apply.
Smartphone (Android) with internet connectivity for the Zepto Rider App.
Own Two-Wheeler (Bike / Scooter / Electric Vehicle) OR Bicycle for deliveries.

If you use a motorcycle or scooter, you\'ll need a valid driving license, registration certificate, and pollution certificate.

You don\'t necessarily need a bike to get started. You can use any reliable mode of transport, including a scooter, a regular bicycle, or a low-speed electric bike, which may not require a driver\'s license.
Active Bank Account for weekly salary transfers.
Willingness to do outdoor field deliveries in your assigned city/area.
