📌 Job Overview
We are hiring on behalf of a reputed banking services / ATM management company for the position of ATM Custodian in Rajkot, Gujarat. This is an excellent job opportunity for candidates who are 10th pass or above, including freshers with no prior experience. The ATM Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the ATM site, ensuring cleanliness, assisting customers, and reporting any machine issues. The company offers a monthly salary of ₹12,000 to ₹14,000 with stable employment and regular working hours. Candidates aged 18 to 40 years are eligible to apply.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Maintain the ATM site in a clean, hygienic, and presentable condition at all times, including regular sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
Monitor the ATM machine and report any technical issues, errors, cash-out situations, or malfunctions to the concerned team immediately.
Ensure proper functioning of ATM site facilities, including lighting, air conditioning, UPS, signage, and security cameras.
Assist customers with basic ATM-related queries such as locating the card slot, using the machine, and providing general guidance (without handling their cards or cash).
Maintain a daily log book recording footfall, machine downtime, incidents, housekeeping status, and maintenance requests.
Ensure security of the ATM premises, monitor for any suspicious activities, and report incidents to the supervisor or local authorities.
Coordinate with service engineers and cash replenishment teams during their visits for machine maintenance and cash loading.
Check and ensure ATM signage, branding materials, and display boards are in proper condition and clearly visible.
Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines related to ATM site management.
Report on time for duty and maintain proper attendance and shift records.

🎯 Skills & Qualifications Required
Minimum 10th Pass (SSC) from a recognized board.
Age between 18 to 40 years (as per company requirement).
Freshers are welcome – No prior experience needed; the company will provide on-the-job training.
Basic communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi for customer interaction.
Honest, reliable, and responsible – Ability to handle duties independently at the ATM site.
Physically fit to manage daily housekeeping, standing, and on-site duties.
Punctual and disciplined – Must be regular and on time for assigned shifts.
Basic awareness of ATM machines and banking services is a plus but not mandatory.
Candidates residing in or near Rajkot are preferred for this role.
