This policy describes how we handle data shared by employers and how we protect candidate information on your behalf.

1 Information We Collect from Employers

When you engage our recruitment services, we collect company information including company name, registered address, contact details of authorized representatives, GST number, PAN, bank details (for invoicing), job requirements, and any other business-related information shared during our engagement. This information is used strictly for delivering recruitment services and billing purposes.

2 Candidate Data Shared with You

As an employer client, you will receive candidate profiles including resumes, contact details, qualifications, and work history. This data is shared exclusively for recruitment purposes. You agree to handle all candidate data with strict confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Misuse of candidate data is a serious breach of our agreement and may result in legal action.

3 Prohibited Uses of Candidate Data

Employers must not use candidate data received from Shyam Placement Services to build marketing lists, contact candidates for unrelated purposes, share profiles with competitors or other agencies, or retain candidate data beyond the period necessary for the recruitment decision. Any violation of these restrictions will be treated as a material breach of our service agreement.

4 How We Use Employer Data

Your company information is used to provide recruitment services, issue invoices, maintain service records, and communicate about ongoing and future requirements. We do not share your business information with competitors or any unauthorized third parties. Your contact details may be used to send periodic recruitment-related communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

5 Data Security

We take appropriate measures to protect all employer and candidate data in our possession. Our internal systems are access-controlled, and data is not shared beyond what is necessary for service delivery. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.

6 Retention of Employer Data

We retain employer data for the duration of our business relationship and for a period thereafter as required by law or for record-keeping. Financial records including invoices are retained as per applicable accounting regulations. Upon termination of our business relationship, we will archive your data and restrict further use.
