By registering as a candidate with Shyam Placement Services, you agree to the following terms.
1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a candidate. By submitting your details, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Shyam Placement Services reserves the right to reject any application that contains false or misleading information.
2 Free Services for Candidates
All job placement services provided to candidates by Shyam Placement Services are completely free of charge. We do not charge any registration fee, placement fee, or any other fee from job seekers. If any person claims to represent Shyam Placement Services and demands money from a candidate, please report it immediately.
3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your resume, qualifications, work experience, and personal details submitted to us. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification from our placement process and may have legal consequences.
4 Use of Your Data
By registering with us, you consent to Shyam Placement Services sharing your resume and profile with potential employers on your behalf. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for the purpose of job placement and related recruitment activities.
5 Interview & Selection Process
Shyam Placement Services acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee any specific job placement, interview call, or employment offer. The final decision regarding hiring rests entirely with the employer. We will, however, make every effort to match your profile with suitable opportunities.
6 Conduct & Communication
Candidates are expected to maintain professional conduct during all interactions with our team and with potential employers. You must attend scheduled interviews punctually or notify us in advance if you are unable to attend. Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in removal from our candidate database.
7 Post-Placement Responsibilities
Once placed in a position, the employment relationship is directly between you and the employer. Shyam Placement Services is not responsible for any disputes, salary discrepancies, workplace conditions, or termination that may occur after placement. We encourage you to carefully review any employment contract before signing.
8 Withdrawal & Data Deletion
You may withdraw from our services at any time by contacting us at hr@shyamplacement.com. Upon your request, we will remove your data from our active database within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements.
9 Amendments
Shyam Placement Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
Terms & Conditions for Employers
By engaging Shyam Placement Services for recruitment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1 Service Agreement
By engaging Shyam Placement Services, the employer acknowledges and agrees to use our recruitment services in accordance with these terms. This agreement is binding from the moment any requirement is shared with us, verbally or in writing.
2 Job Requirements & Accuracy
Employers must provide accurate, complete, and legally compliant job descriptions including title, responsibilities, qualifications, experience required, salary range, and work location. Any changes to the job requirement must be communicated to us promptly. Misleading job descriptions may result in termination of services.
3 Recruitment Fees
Our placement fee is agreed upon before the commencement of services and is payable upon successful joining of the candidate. The fee structure varies based on the role, level, and agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Detailed fee structures are provided in the service agreement signed between both parties.
4 Replacement Guarantee
We offer a replacement guarantee period as specified in your service agreement. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within the guarantee period for reasons attributable to the candidate, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply in cases of employer-initiated changes, role changes, or force majeure events.
5 Confidentiality
All candidate information shared with employers is strictly confidential and must be used only for the purpose of evaluating candidates for the specified position. Employers must not share candidate profiles with third parties, other recruitment agencies, or use candidate data for any purpose other than hiring.
6 Direct Hiring Clause
If an employer directly hires any candidate introduced by Shyam Placement Services within 12 months of introduction — whether for the original position or any other role — the employer shall be liable to pay our full placement fee. This clause applies regardless of the mode of introduction (interview, referral, or otherwise).
7 Interview Process
Employers are expected to schedule and conduct interviews within reasonable timeframes after shortlisting. Feedback on interviewed candidates must be provided within 5 working days. Repeated delays or non-communication may affect the quality and speed of future services.
8 Non-Discrimination
Employers must comply with all applicable employment laws and must not discriminate against candidates on the basis of caste, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Shyam Placement Services reserves the right to refuse service to any employer whose practices appear to be discriminatory or unlawful.
9 Payment Terms
Invoices raised by Shyam Placement Services are payable within 15 days of the date of joining of the candidate unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may attract interest. Non-payment may result in legal action and suspension of future services.
10 Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service engagement with 15 days written notice. Any fees due for candidates already placed or in the process of joining at the time of termination remain payable in full. Shyam Placement Services reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of these terms.
